Maggie Goldman
Strategic Visual Facilitation Consultant
Maggie is a Strategic Visual Facilitation Consultant and community connector who believes mentorship is essential for unlocking creativity and amplifying underrepresented voices. Through her independent consulting practice, she creates live, large-scale digital and hand-drawn visuals that make strategic planning processes and community gatherings more inclusive and impactful. Her work has spanned nonprofit, healthcare, education, and international development sectors.
As Program and Partnership Director for Social Enterprise - Minneapolis St. Paul, Maggie specializes in connecting dots between resources, people, and ideas to strengthen the social impact ecosystem. She builds strategic partnerships that bring more resources to social entrepreneurship while sharing stories that encourage community investment in mission-driven businesses.
Maggie's passion for mentorship began early when she created mentorship groups for neurodivergent and neurotypical teens to build connection and navigate young adulthood together. She later coordinated mentorship programs in the co-operative sector, creating pathways for young people to enter career tracks where they could make meaningful differences in their communities. She holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of British Columbia and has served on boards including Co-operatives and Mutuals Canada.
At Wintry Mix, Maggie brings her strength in connecting resources, people, and ideas to expand mentorship opportunities across the Twin Cities. She believes mentorship provides the confidence necessary for incredibly talented and driven under-resourced people to grow professionally, share stories through creativity that would otherwise go untold, and become leaders who uplift even more underrepresented people in the creative and marketing sectors.
In her spare time, Maggie loves a good cup of tea, art nights with friends, trying out a new recipe, or out on her bike.
