Working in the creative space can be extremely stressful. Succeeding often means meeting high expectations, delivering on short timelines, and putting in long hours. These pressures can be daunting on their own, but can be even more debilitating while trying to maintain relationships and hobbies outside of work.

It’s no wonder many of us are burnt out, struggling with low self-esteem, or feeling stuck. In Beating Burnout | A Stress Prevention Workshop, Lindsey Mackereth, MA, LPCC, LADC of Method Counseling will explore:

  • Burnout and its symptoms

  • Tips on preventing and treating burnout

  • Actionable ways to reduce stress and anxiety at work
