Mastering the Shameless Plug
At Mastering the Shameless plug we’ll learn a thing or two about underlining and not undermining our achievements from pro communicator, Sherhara Downing.
“The events are always eye-opening, engaging, and fun. They help make the city feel smaller, because I always see a familiar face in the crowd or even on the stage. The tasty apps and drinks don’t hurt, either.”
- Erika Voeller, MPLS MadWomen
Inspiring forums for introspection, skill development, leadership, and networking, our events tackle tough issues, push our collective understandings, and challenge the status quo. All to equip women to change their careers and our community for the better.
Arriving. As you arrive, a few friendly MadWomen will greet you at the door, where you’ll check in and fill out a nametag.
Networking. Grab a cocktail and get mingling! We pack the house full of women at the entry level all the way to the executive level and everything in between.
Learning. We tackle the tough topics — like pay equality, sexual harassment, and parental leave (and then some). Every event is an opportunity to challenge what we know about the industry and ourselves.

Mentors and mentees, join us for some coffee—brewed at home of course—and conversation. We’re even working on putting together a chair yoga session to help you get centered after the chaos of this past few months.
